The Parish Leadership Team consists of volunteer men and women who share the responsibility of caring for parish life with the leadership and guidance of the parish priest. The members are appointed with a view of having representation from various groups - from youth to seniors. Decisions are reached by consensus, and it is the task of the Parish Leadership Team (PLT) to implement those decisions. The PLT serves as a support for the parish priest and enables him to focus on essential pastoral ministry.

The members of the PLT strive to co-ordinate the efforts of volunteers in all aspects of our parish community. "Supermeetings" of all groups on one night are held to facilitate and schedule parish events.

Areas of development include progrms such as RCIA and Adult Education seminars to promote growth of community with family fun nights, potluck suppers and sports events.

Current members of the PLT include Fr. George LaPierre, Mike Creedon, Helen Petrolo, Matt Naccarato, Doreen Simard, Steve Summers and Peggy Webb.
